How Sweetest Redemption Came to Be
The Sweetest Redemption dessert bakery has been in the making since 2012, when Chefs Tracey Moore and Maytana Aldana began working together in a high school culinary setting. After effortlessly executing numerous catering events, the idea of opening a bakery emerged. The idea lay dormant for several years, but upon a lay off from Chicago Public Schools, SWEETEST REDEMPTION was born and blessed by the Lord on August 18, 2021.
We are a team of talented bakers and staff working toward a singular mission: providing our customers with freshly prepared sweet rolls that elevate tastiness to a new level. We also place relentless emphasis on cleanliness and sanitation, because our customers deserve no less than the best. We achieve our mission every day, one roll at a time.
